Comes with a new hardshell case fit for it, as the original chipboard case crumbled apart. Set up with 11-49 strings with a wound third. The guitar was refretted and Plek'd by Phil Jacoby(Philtone) and he put a new bone nut on.and yes, the original frets and nut are included! All else is stock. The bridge is a newer wood bridge, as I wanted to get the action nice and low and the original one was bottomed out, so rather than mess with the original, we had an exact replacement sanded down.the original is included. The tuners are newer perfect reproductions, but the originals are included. All original, though some parts have been swapped out for improved playability. more 55 year old guitar! Beautiful rich sunburst finish, dark Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and killer original dogear p-90 pickup, just like you'd find in the 59 Les Paul Jr. Only minor marks and typical finish checking on this beauty.looks amazing. Typical dings and scratches for a 50 yr old guitar,but nothing major. It is also missing the dot inlay in the 7th position. Tuners work freely dut the D and G are slightly bent. It is missing the strap button on rear of the neck. It has nice checking through out the finnish and the neck heel is solid. I believe this pickgaurd is original to the guitar, but not 100% sure. It was switched to left handed at one time so there are extra holes on the top.The pickgaurd has had a corner cut out.It looks like it was but on another guitar,to clear the bridge pickup.
